Last updated on 04/17/2026.A.           GENERAL
1.  I have the rights to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing or if I think I am unable to fulfill.
2.  My art cannot and will not be used to train AI or make NFTs.
3.  Please provide as many references as you can (ref sheets, moodboards, pose, expression, etc).
4.  If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to make content of the commission anywhere.
5.  By commissioning me you have automatically agreed to my terms, breaking them will lead to unwanted actions.
6.  By getting a commission from me you have agreed to be eligible as potential loyal clients. Loyal clients will be able to get specials benefits the next time you order from me.
 
 
B.           PAYMENTS
1.  I accept payments in digital currencies, preferably Discord Nitro or Robux. And in real life currency, USD ($) or IDR (Rp.)
2.  Method of payments for USD ($) is through PayPal or KoFi. For IDR (Rp.) it is through Dana or GoPay.
2a.  Payments through PayPal must be correctly calculated. If the client uses a different type of currency using PayPal, it is the client responsibility to convert it into USD beforehand.
3.  I accept 2 methods of payments, 50/50 and upfront.
3a.  If the final price order of the commission is able to be divided by 2. Then i am willing to do a 50/50 payment, in which the client pays half of the price after i send a sketch wip, and the rest once the commission is finished.
3b.  If the final price order of the commission is not able to be divided by 2. Then i will be doing an upfront payment, where the client must pay first before i start the commission.
4.  If payment is not made within 48 hours without explanation, the commission will be cancelled.
5.  I will refund the full amount if I hadn’t already started, and will deduct the cost of art done if you should request a refund at any point past that.
5a.  If i am unable to finish the commission due to IRL situations or private matters, i will be giving a full refund to the client alongside the commission in its current state.
 
 
C.           REVISIONS
1.  I will be sending WIPS (Work in Progress shots) to the client when i feel that it is necessary. WIPS will be like so: Sketch, Lineart, Base Colours, Shading, and Rendering.
1b.  WIPS will be sent to the client with a heavily watermarked image, if the client is unable to see the image clearly, please do tell me beforehand and i will adjust the watermark.
2.  The first progress of the commission (sketch) will be provided through screenshots for revisions and confirmation. Any changes/revisions for this stage is completely free. Please make sure to make all necessary modifications at the sketch stage!
3.  The first 5 adjustments to the drawing after the sketch WIPS are free, for both minor AND major changes. After that you must pay 2$ for each minor changes (facials, colors, etc.) and for major changes (pose, backgrounds, etc.) will cost 5$.
4.  Once i've reached the rendering stage, changes can no longer be done.
 
 
D.           DEADLINES & DELIVERY
1.  Commission are made from order of request and the time it takes to finish varies between weeks or months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.
2.  If you'd like your commission received by a deadline, please state so in the ordering process. Commissions with deadlines will be a priority.
3.  I will send constant update whenever i can or available. Refer to section C, 1&1b.
3b.  Depending on my schedule, the commission process and delivery may be subject to delays. If that happens I will let you know asap.
4.  Once the piece is finished I will send the full-resolution image in a Google Drive link or through email.
 
 
E.           ART USAGE
1.  Commercial use costs an additional 150% of my base price, at which point you can use the art for any monetary gain.
1b.  Commercial use is specifically using my art to re-sell it in pins, stamps, prints, etc. This does not apply for streaming or promoting yourself on social media.
2.  You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: profile icons, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
 
 
F.           INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1.  Do NOT alter, redraw, trace over, edit the commissioned artwork without my consent.
2.  I, as the artist, reserve the right to post your finished artwork on my social media as portfolio or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless a privacy request is stated.
3.  I, as the artist, reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. My signature will and must remain on all versions of the finished artwork.
4.  Using my commissions in posts don't require credits but are appreciated.
 
 
G.           COMMUNICATIONS
1.  Communication is open and will be done through each step (WIPS) of the request making.
2.  Communication can be done by other means, but discord is highly preferred and favored as it allows me to focus better and not forget to reply.
3.  We may have different time zones, so please be mindful of that as I might not reply to you immediately.
